Daman and Diu are really beautiful, because they are an attractive paradise surrounded by Gujarat. These two islands, which are very popular with beaches and liquors, haven tourists from the cry of boring life. Daman was a Portuguese enclave on the coastal side of the Indian Gujarat. The Kalem and Bhagwan rivers border it on the north and south. 1. Jampore Beach

Jampore Beach is one of Daman's major attractions. Located at a distance of 5 kilometers from the Moti Daman Jetty, the beach is known for its blackish mud-colored water. Just having a glimpse of the sea is soothing and is a perfect place for those looking for peace and loneliness. Away from the city's hustle, the beach is a great place to relax. Covered with trees, the place is breezy all over, giving it an ecstatic look. 

Go for various riding trips, jet skiing, motorboat tours, parasailing, quad-biking and sand biking on Jampore beach. Moreover, the attractive beach, situated south of Moti Daman, is one of the safest beaches for swimming and has low floods and calm waters. Jampore also offers casuarina groves for picnic lovers to be a picturesque place to click on pictures. Perhaps Daman's best beach.

2. Devka Beach

Devka Beach, the Daman Beach can compete easily with India's other spectacular beaches. Daman has some amazing beaches, which can seduce even the most demanding beach enthusiasts. Daman is itself a charming holiday destination, and the Union territory capital of Daman and Diu. Adding to it the delights of the beaches and the call of this idyllic place cannot be dismissed. 

While the Devka beach isn't able to swim, the clean sand with friends is extremely popular with tourists here who come on a walk. Photos of white sands or visits to the amusement park and musical springs are worthy of alternatives. People also visit the food stalls and the incredible fare that they offer here.

3. Vanakbara Beach

This is another Daman beach, with high tides and unsafe swimming. The situation is not crowded and the beach from the high ground allows you to enjoy the sunset over the waters.

4. Ghoghla Beach

Ghoghla Beach is one of Diu's most attractive places. Located in the north of Diu, it attracts the attention of tourists not the crowd and they prefer to stay aloof. This beach is complete with standard restaurants and water sports around the place. The reason why Ghoghla Beach is much cleaner than other beaches in the town is that of fewer tourists. 

The beach of Ghoghla is on the outskirts of the city, therefore it is not known to many. However, it missed them the chance to discover a magnificent new place separated from the cacophony of the city. Clean and safe, this is a perfect place to enjoy privacy while enjoying some water sports such as parasailing, surfing, and banana boats. The beach is well kept, and the best choice for a family vacation, but it is unfortunately the least explored place. 

5. Nagoa Beach

Nagoa Beach in Diu is famous for its pristine beauty and swinging palm trees, it is the ideal place to stay for visitors worldwide. The place is well connected to the resorts so that travelers can relax and enjoy its beauty simultaneously. The beach is surrounded by beautiful palm trees, swaying through the cool brisk, which gives travelers an exotic atmosphere. The peaceful beauty of the beach is worth visiting and enjoying thanks to its white sands and calm blue water. 

This beach is like a horseshoe. Its peaceful and secluded atmosphere makes it one of the best beaches in the country, with people flocking here to swim and picnic on the white sand that is sun-kissed. Sunbathe, enjoy water sports, ride poneys, go for a swim or just take a fresh wade.

6. Jallandhar Beach

The sunny beach, Jallandhar named after the demon, is located nearly 1 Km from Diu, with a temple and a memorial. The temple is dedicated to the deity Chandrika while the memorial stands on the top of a hill with a demon Jallandhar structure in stone. 

This lovely and quiet beach offers a variety of water sports to its visitors. Also known for its tranquil and peaceful environment, it is a great beach for swimming. Listen to the gentle swing of the trees and the sea in the beach's soft sand. Relax and leave all the stress of your day-to-day work as you fill up your energy. If so inclined, visit the famous temple of Jallandhar.

7. Chakratirth Beach

It’s hard to visit one place only when you visit the area because of the many scenic beaches which crowd the shores of the charming Diu. The lovely beach of Chakratirth should however be included in the list of beaches to check out when you are in the area. This sunny sand beach is nestled amid the scenic hills overlooking the Arabian Sea and ideal for relaxing in the sun while travelled on the calming shores bathing the heat. Sunbathing in the enchanting waters. In the Hindu mythology the Chakratirth beach is important also because it is the site where Lord Krishna decapitates demon Jallandhar. 

According to the legend, Krishna has killed Jallandhar, the devil, here, with the footprints of God carved into the rocks. The place is not too crowded, and that is why we can't really say when it will get too crowded. One may want to have a pleasant walk along the sands.

8. Udvada Beach

Udvada beach isn't just the type of beach you want to go into, but it's a good place for you to walk and photograph the beach, a very delightful experience particularly at sunset. Old houses are located across the coast and they offer some beautiful photos in a welcoming setting. Children who play cricket, women who sit by the shore watching sunsets ensure that their time is spent well. The beach is a marvellous picnic area with rocky terrain and dull brown sands.

Udvada Beach is well known for its beauty, located south of Daman. The sand is full of stones and coats, and the beach is not known to be full of tourists. Visit as the sun goes away, because the image of the sun is magnificent on the horizon.

9. Gomatimata Beach

This is one of Diu's other popular beaches, overflowing with tourists from all over the world. The beach is busy, but not full. You can dive in the blue waters, swim in the sun, build a castle in sand, or play beach volleyball. This beach is located on the west side of Diu and is easily reached from all over the island. 

This beach is calm and peaceful, located west of Diu. With its quietness and its slightly rolling waves the white sands are soft and pleasant to visitors. The tides are high, the sea is unsafe to swim but the peaceful beach atmosphere is an attraction.

If you are going to Daman and Diu beaches, you will also have time to go far, such as the fortified Daman Fort, St. Jerome Fort, the Memorial of INS Khoukrí, the Zampo Gateway, the lighthouse and the beautiful temples and churches of the ancient patrimony. Let the soft sands and palm trees wave your thighs in tune with the gentle coastal winds. Before heading into the water, make sure that the beach is safe.
