List of Places to Visit in Nagaland
Nagaland is a precipitous state
in upper east India, flanking Myanmar. It's home to various indigenous clans,
with celebrations and markets commending the distinctive clans' way of life.
Its capital city of Kohima endured substantial battling in World War II,
honored by dedications at the Kohima War Cemetery. The Nagaland State Museum
shows antiquated weaponry, a stylized drum and other customary Naga social
curios.
The territory around Kohima is
home to a few places of worship, including the Mary Help of Christians Church,
worked in the style of a Naga house. Adjacent are Angami innate towns, for
example, Khonoma and the Kisama Heritage Village, which has the yearly Hornbill
Festival and features the conventional places of 16 noteworthy Nagaland clans.
The western city of Dimapur highlights the Kachari Ruins, remainders of the
antiquated Dimasa Kachari Kingdom. Antiquated towns and cascades like the
Triple Falls are adjacent. Upper east of Dimapur, the famous ski region of
Mokokchung is home to a few Ao Naga inborn towns.
